We were recommended to use Coast Entertainments to book our wedding band as initially we were a bit bewildered! So many bands to choose from and a lot of them doing quite similar things. So using Coast's website was a big help - being able to filter bands by availablity, budget, style, whether they'd do a DJ set or ceilidh on top of playing... All very helpful.And this is how we found Cherry Crumble. We do prefer music on the slightly heavier side and they had enough in their back catalogue that got our interest. Plus they were willing to learn a few songs for us, not just the first dance, which was a real bonus.On the night they turned up on time, set up quickly and opened with our first dance 'Secret Smile' by Semisonic. They then hit us with belter after belter, including a Ghost song I'd asked them to learn and Rage Against The Machine. They also led admirably this enthusiastic but uncoordinated group in a few ceilidh dances as well.The dancefloor was genuinely never empty at any point of the night, and we couldn't believe it when all too soon it was time for 'Loch Lomond'...Amazing, amazing, amazing and we'd happily recommend them.

Absolutely the best band we could have had for our wedding! They had the dance floor filled the whole night and our guests still haven't stopped raving about how great they were! They learned our first dance song and made it so special and so much fun. To top it off, they're just lovely guys to chat to and plan with, even when I threw in a last minute father daughter dance request they took it in their stride. All round, an incredible band who I cannot thank enough for making our wedding day the amazing party it was!

The guys were absolutely incredible from the moment we booked them right through to the wedding. First and foremost, the music was phenomenal in both quality and content. The guys' energy and enthusiasm for their music was clear to see and they ensured the the dance floor was full all evening, which was exactly what we wanted! Loads of our guests commented on how good they were and the amazing atmosphere they created. Can't thank them enough for that. Secondly, their communication in the lead up to the wedding was always prompt, which helped make the music one less thing to worry about (which shouldn't be underestimated!). We had given them a rough idea of the kind of vibe we wanted and they rolled with it, and made sure the dance floor was kept busy throughout the night! Cherry Crumble were absolutely fantastic, both in the lead up to our wedding and on the big day itself. They were so friendly, really helpful and accommodating of our requests. They played an excellent set, really working hard and kept the dance floor full all night long (that's almost 5 hours of dancing which was amazing!). Lots of variety in the music from beautiful slow songs, great dance numbers and they did an excellent job with the ceilidh music and the ceilidh calling - keeping all the dancers right (which was no mean feat given half the crowd was from England!) We couldn't recommend them highly enough, thank you again for doing such a wonderful job on our special day!

We had the pleasure of having Cherry Crumble as our band for our charity event held in to raise money for Glasgow Children’s Hospital, in memory of our son, in October last year. To say they went over and above is an understatement, for an event which meant so much to us they made sure everything ran smoothly on the night, with frequent updates before the event to make sure we were all happy with the plan of how things were to run. They made keeping in contact so easy & made sure every query was answered quickly. The whole band are very relaxed and calm, helping to reassure you that they certainly know what they are doing. We had so many people say to us after how good they were & got everyone up on the dance floor (with an extra song added at the end after encouragement from all our guests!) which was the most fantastic end to a very emotional but amazing night. We are so glad Cherry Crumble were a part of the evening & the memories we have will last forever! Thank you guys, you are the best!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Cherry Crumble play for our wedding in August last year and I cannot even begin to describe how good they were. Right from the first time we spoke, the guys were a pleasure to deal with. Our first dance song was not one that they were familiar with but they learnt it no bother at all and played it to absolute perfection on the day. The night itself was just phenomenal, we had told the guys that our 130 or so guests were up for a party and boy did they deliver a performance to match the energy of the crowd. At no point during the evening was the dance floor empty and this was a testament of how good they were. In addition to the tunes, Chris, Grant and Steven were great at coordinating everyone during the 3 ceilidh songs we had, which can’t have been easy! Going into the final part of the evening they played so many floor filling tunes that the dance floor was constantly packed. They had the place rocking right up until the end which finished off with the entire venue belting out Angels followed by Loch Lomond. Our day was magical for so many reasons but we can safely say that without Cherry Crumble, it would not have been the same. Cannot recommend these guys enough! From initial contact, to the pre-wedding planning and the night itself they were a dream to deal with and nothing was ever too much trouble. They did a brilliant job on our first dance song, which contained a few personal tweaks, learned a new song for my wife to have father/daughter dance and couldn’t have been more accommodating with our requests. We were sent a studio recording of our first dance song to treasure forever which was a nice touch (safe to say it’s been played a good few times!). The guys were absolutely fantastic on the day. What can I say? The most incredible wedding band EVER! The guys really made our party what it was. They knew exactly what to play to get our guests up on the dance floor. Cherry Crumble were brilliant! Right the way from contact with us leading up to our big day, through to thoroughly entertaining our guests on the evening. Everybody loved them and they did a great job of reading the dancefloor, their diverse setlist meant they were always ready to please everyone. We were nervous about doing a first dance, they learnt our song for us and instead played it halfway through the set and made us feel comfortable. The guys are so talented and friendly we couldn't have wished for a more perfect end to the night!

We were absolutely delighted to secure Cherry Crumble for our Wedding reception. We had decided early on in our wedding planning that we didn't want a traditional wedding band, we didn't want the typical wedding songs and we love 90s music so Cherry Crumble were perfect. They worked with us to create a first dance song unique to us, we wanted the song to be slow as if it was a traditional first dance song and then kick in so our guests could join us - and they did just that! It was perfect and exactly what we wanted. They let us choose our 'must have' songs from their extensive play lists and they all went down an absolute treat. The band are really talented and our guests all commented on how brilliant they were. They came in, set up, and were ready to go with no hassle at all. We couldn't have been happier! My husband and I had Cherry Crumble play at our wedding in Fort William on June 11th and I would like to take this opportunity to say how very impressed we, and all our guests, were with their performance!Everybody that we have spoken to both on the wedding day and afterwards has mentioned how much they enjoyed the band and the songs they played. They really read the room and played a fantastic selection of tunes that catered to all ages of guests and the dance floor was packed the whole night!Furthermore, the band were very polite, friendly and helpful. They learned and performed the songs we asked for with no problem and even arrived early and set up early for us as well. It was a truly fantastic evening and we want to thank the band so much for putting on such great entertainment and helping make our wedding a truly special and memorable occaision.We would 100% recommend them to anybody looking for a band for any event or celebration!

Just wanted to drop you a quick email to give some feedback on Cherry Crumble who performed at the 39 Engineer Regiment WO’s & Sgt’s Mess Christmas Function
First off from the off I was really impressed with how easy it was to identify which bands were available through yourselves at Coast Entertainment. The website was easy to navigate and I was easily able to compare bands based off set lists, videos & photos. From booking the band right through to them performing was seamless with no issues at all.

On the night the band were very flexible in when they arrived and set up to ensure they weren’t in the way for guests arriving; this provided a professional touch to a great function. The band were great at reading the room and picking up on what music worked for the audience. All the music was exactly what the guests were asking/looking for. During the break the band were approachable and chatty with the other function guests. They were flexible and adjusted their set times to start and end a little later; which enabled a smooth flow of events for the night. I felt the price was a fair reflection of the standard and will absolutely be recommending Coast Entertainments and Cherry Crumble for next year’s Christmas Function.
Lastly thanks to Coast Entertainments for enabling the booking of Cherry Crumble.

From the minute I booked them they couldn’t have been more accommodating! With Covid and the lack of nights out my family and friends we so excited for my 40th birthday for a bit of a knees up!! The guys from Cherry Crumble did not disappoint… great songs all night and folks were loving a dance (some sare feet the next day)… thanks to you all for helping make my 40th a special night.. couldn’t recommend you all enough and so many people were asking about the band as they were so good.

We had Cherry Crumble for our wedding on 4th Sept. They where so accommodating, very quick at replying to any questions and kept the dance floor filled all night. An excellent band, everyone commented on how good they where. Played all songs we requested too and where very friendly.

We are still up in Scotland on our mini moon but I just wanted to send a message of thanks.
Thank you to all of you at Coast Entertainments for being so flexible and accommodating during these tricky times. Our wedding on Tuesday at Crear was absolutely perfect and Cherry Crumble was literally the cherry on the cake! They were brilliant. Such friendly and likeable guys who did a fantastic job of keeping people dancing right up until the final song.
I heard so many of the guests comment at how good they thought they were and we loved having them there.
They humoured us as we tried and failed at trying to do a ceilidh but we had great time doing it and it wouldn’t have been a wedding in Scotland without it.
Thank you again and we will definitely be recommending yourselves and Cherry Crumble to anyone looking for entertainment in Scotland.

Despite restrictions for dancing, the band were absolutely amazing! Due to the weather staying dry we were able to have our first dance and another hour or so dancing outside which we were delighted about. They were super engaging with the crowd and had such a good list of songs, we only wish we could have danced more (venue restrictions)! Huge thank you to the guys, you were so much fun and we got lots of good feedback from our guests!

Cherry Crumble were absolutely amazing at our wedding. We have had so many comments from guests asking who they were and taking details cos they all thought they were wonderful too! We only saw one band and decided straight away we wanted them as the 90s vibe is exactly what we wanted. And then when we asked for an alternative 2nd dance they were totally up for it and absolutely nailed the song. They also threw in some last minute ceilidh songs which went down a storm. A lovely touch at the end as well with a signed set list that we will cherish forever. These guys absolutely smashed it and would recommend them anytime any place and any event! We could not be more happy with our choice of band; the guys were fantastic throughout the process and especially on our wedding day. We chose Cherry Crumble without ever having heard them live, but the videos on their website really sold them to us.
We got in touch with them after booking and arranged to go and see them play in a bar and we’re delighted we did. They were great and even played our first dance song for us (an obscure choice) and our minds could not have been more at rest with our choice after seeing them perform.
On the day of the wedding, the guys were absolutely amazing. They played exactly the songs we and our friends love to hear and it felt much more like our own private gig than the usual cheesy wedding stuff (which is exactly what we were aiming for). It is absolutely not an exaggeration to say that the dance floor was almost full from start to finish and our guests have not stopped telling us how much they loved the band.
I can say, without hesitation, that booking Cherry Crumble was the best wedding-related decision that we made and I only wish we could go back and do it all again (well, the evening part at least).
We hugely appreciate the effort that the guys put in to make our wedding reception truly special and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a real band of talented musicians and not just a bog standard wedding band. Not only are they a great band but they are also lovely people and made the whole thing so easy for us.
We hope to catch the guys at another gig soon!

I just wanted to take a few minutes to say how absolutely fantastic the band were, they exceeded all our (rather high) expectations. After the wedding I thought comments would be about our amazing venue with floor to ceiling windows with unobstructed views of Edinburgh Castle, or the fact I walked down the aisle to the champions league theme tune but no without fail the first thing everyone said to us was "how amazing were your band" and "they made the night"... a favourite of mine... "it was like a proper good night out" that's exactly what we wanted all our family and friends dancing all night. Absolutely perfect just what we wanted it suited everyone and the guys themselves were so friendly and so helpful really wish I could have another party just to hire them!!
Oh and when they played Born Slippy one of friends at that point said enough there's no way all this is live he just couldn't believe how good they were. He had to go up for a close look needless to say when he was up close and personal (hope they don't mind) he was even more stunned at the skill of all the guys to play a song like Born Slippy so flawlessly it sounded like an audio version.
Thanks again so much you made our wedding the party we dreamed of!

Just wanted to let you know that Cherry Crumble were absolutely amazing at my husband's 40th on Saturday.
The band were very responsive to queries in advance of the event, they arrived in plenty of time and were flexible with their timings to suit the catering. We hadn't given the guys any special requests (other than 'happy birthday!) but they put together a brilliant set that had everyone up dancing and really made the night - all our guests are raving about Cherry Crumble!
As an aside, they were very unobtrusive, setting up and clearing down quietly but we got a chance to chat once a lot of our guests had left and Chris, Grant and Steven are all lovely guys - nice people to have around!

Just wanted to give some feedback on Cherry Crumble from our Party / Surprise Wedding last Saturday.
The band were great throughout - arriving early and playing background music until 9, learning our first dance request, allowing my best man on stage to announce us newly weds, giving a shout out playing a song for those that had given up their tickets to The Rolling Stones etc, etc.
They were incredibly well received by all, especially from Gemma's 4yr old cousin Ella who normally doesn't like loud noises, but was up the front dancing the whole night.
I hate dancing, however that's the most time I've ever spent on a dance floor!!!!
Top bunch of guys and would highly recommend.

I just wanted to give you a review from my dads retirement party on the 24th of June 2017.
Overall, would give Cherry crumble 10/10 for the entire booking. I contacted the band a few days prior to event and not only were they very accommodating with my requests they went beyond my expectations.
They were prompt, polite, excellent musicians and made a massive effort to tailor the music to my requests.
I would happily have the band at another function or recommend them to friends and family.
